A family is in mourning following the tragic death of 54-year-old Robert Dehnoushi, who was fatally shot at a shopping plaza in Glendale. The incident occurred last Thursday at approximately 8:45 a.m. near the intersection of North Pacific and Arden Avenues.
Upon arriving at the scene, officers from the Glendale Police Department discovered Dehnoushi lying on the ground in the parking lot, situated between a nail salon and a bakery.
At this time, investigators do not believe that the shooting was related to a robbery. The investigation remains ongoing, and no arrests have been made in connection with the incident.
Friends and family members remember Dehnoushi as a loving and devoted father to his two children. In the wake of his untimely passing, a GoFundMe campaign has been established to support his family, which has already raised over $60,000.
A memorial service for Robert Dehnoushi is scheduled to take place on Friday, August 30.
