Immerse yourself in the beauty of nature with your family every month! Join us for an educational hike at Deukmejian Wilderness Park, engage in nature-themed crafts and games, and explore the Stone Barn Nature Center. We’ve got water, snacks, and a convenient bus ride from Pacific Community Center, departing at 8:30 a.m. and returning by 12:30 p.m.
*Program kicks off at 9:00 a.m. at Deukmejian Wilderness Park. If you’re meeting us there, please be on-site by 8:45 a.m. The adventure concludes at 12:00 p.m., and bus riders will be back at Pacific Community Center by 12:30 p.m.
Important details:
- A FREE bus departs from Pacific Community Center, 501 S. Pacific Avenue, at 8:30 a.m. and returns at 12:30 p.m.
- All aboard the bus! Arrive by 8:00 a.m. for check-in with the staff if you’re riding with us.
- Dress comfortably in sturdy shoes, long pants, and don’t forget a hat or cap.
- Adult supervision is a must! One adult for every three children aged 17 and under.
