In preparation for the holiday season, GUSD community collaborators are actively supporting students. The Glendale Police Department organized the “Shop With a Cop” event, allowing students from the five community schools to choose toys and games at Target. Moreover, the Glendale Fire Department conducted fire safety presentations at each community school. These sessions aimed to educate students on the significance of proper Christmas tree care and how to avoid potential dangerous fires during the festive season.
